Graphophone is a private, local-first AI journal. Every entry is encrypted on-device with XChaCha20-Poly1305. The model that reflects with you runs on your device — no account, no request leaves the device unless you say so. When you point it at a model server you run yourself, every call is logged in plain sight inside the app. Graphophone Depth — a one-time Lifetime Pass or a monthly/yearly plan — adds the proactive larger on-device models, a year of history in Insights, hands-free conversation and a model server you run yourself; the whole core stays free either way, and there is no advertising. No analytics, no third-party trackers.
